She is telling everyone to file a claim with their travel insurance so she can keep our money. The tours we did get to go on thru her company were very disappointing. Unorganized, not what was advertised, and a waste of money.
The tours are very interesting and it is awesome to save $$ and get the same tours as offered by the cruise line. We had a bit of a hard time last year due to all the last minute tender ports but Sandra and her team of helpers made everything seem so smooth for all of us. Her tours are always on time and we had no worries about returning to the ship at all. Looking forward to the tours we have booked with her for 2023 in Greenland. We did Sandra's Santorini and Athens tours on our recent cruise and would highly recommend!
